Cozy and peaceful room

I currently reside in a peaceful townhouse located in Royal Oak. One of the bedrooms in my home is already furnished; I’d prefer to keep it that way, but I’m open to discussing potential adjustments. The house is conveniently situated near I75, 696, and Woodward Ave. The neighborhood is tranquil, and I’m fortunate to have wonderful neighbors.
I live alone in a townhouse with my three dogs. I’m looking for a roommate who loves dogs because mine are very friendly. I’m 53 years old and lead a quiet life. While I used to enjoy socializing, I no longer party like I used to. I’m a highly sensitive person and I value peace and calm in my home. These days, I consider myself more of an introvert than an extrovert. I like to keep things clean and tidy, and I expect the same from a roommate. I don’t enjoy micromanaging, so I’m seeking someone mature enough to take care of their responsibilities independently. Although I’m flexible, there are certain preferences I have for my living space. I’m open to making a friend and I want our living situation to be comfortable and relaxed.
