We are looking for a roommate that is professional, clean, and relatively quiet. My partner and my friend also live here. We do have dogs. The room for rent is about 13x13 upstairs bedroom with a community bathroom at the end of the hall. Rent does include most utilities, unless there is a space heater or A/C unit being used, then the difference from the normal usage is split between everyone using an appliance. Community space includes the kitchen and living room. There is cabinet space for personal food items that will be available as well. We are in our late 30’s and early 40’s, no drugs or partying. Looking for a stable roommate. Preferably a female.
