1 Room in 3B/1BA! Rent controlled, cool roommates

The two existing roommates are Griffin (they/she) and Samantha (she/her). We met on here a couple months ago and have been apartment hunting together. We've locked down a great place in Washington Heights and we're looking for a third person to sign on with us.

The apartment:
- Rent controlled
- Laundry in building
- Tons of open common space
- Big kitchen
- Right next to 181st St Station

The total rent for the whole apartment is $3000 but the open room is slightly smaller than the other two, so we've discussed having the person in that room pay around $900. There is a security deposit and a broker fee, and each is $1000 per tenant.

What we're looking for in a roommate:
- Friendly and easy to get along with. We'd both love to be able to be friends with our roommates!
- Someone either queer or queer-friendly; we both are and we want this to feel like a safe space
- Values direct and honest communication
- Clean and respectful of common space

Important note: we're looking for someone who can have a guarantor sign on with them. We both have guarantors, and they would be more comfortable if each roommate had one to make sure that no one is stuck paying too much alone if something were to go wrong.
