**Looking for female identifying roommate
Unit type: 2 bed 1 bathroom (junior flex) stuytown apt. (My current wonderful roommate is moving out of state sadly)
Date/Lease length: July 1st 2024-July 2025 I will be resigning my current lease for 1 year and looking for someone to stay on for at least 1 year.
Rent: 2190 a month for smaller room that is shown in pictures and highlighted on floorplan. Plus AC and Wi-Fi fees.
About room: Room is already furnished with queen sized bed, wardrobe/closet, bookcase, and desk (option to replace with own furniture if you want).
About me: I teach public speaking / communications. In my free time I love seeing theater, eating out and gym time. Looking to live with one other woman, in 20s/30s who is very clean and tidy. Ideally since I work from home most days would be good to live with someone who doesn’t also work from home most days of the week.
