One bedroom available for sublet in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in the heart of Stuytown! Sublet begins 7/1 and ends 8/31, with the possibility of a lease renewal if all parties agree!

Who I Am:
I am a working professional in my late 20s. My job consists of me working in the office at least 4 days a week. I have an 8 year old Maltipoo, Dahlia, who is affectionate and playful - be prepared to fall in love with her! We have been New York City residents since February of 2020.
When I am not working, I am spending my time indulging in one of my many hobbies... I enjoy playing video games (PS5), taking my dog to the dog cafe/park, cooking or baking, socializing with friends, reading at the park, or strolling around the city looking for something new to discover.
I consider myself a clean person, but I am human. Sometimes life will consume me and I will forget to wash my dishes for a day.

Who You Are:
A financially and socially responsible person. You are a working professional, but you enjoy the little things in life. You are kind, communicative, healthy, and overall a good person. (I have lived with people who have burned me in the past, so it is important to me that I am living with an emotionally mature adult).
- You clean up after yourself in common areas.
- You LOVE animals (open to having a second animal in this household, so long you are responsible).
- You're open to social hangs with myself, my friends, and obviously your friends are invited.
- You are respectful of things that are not yours (please do not take from me without asking, and if you break something, let me know and we will figure out a solution).

If we vibe, we can consider the possibility of renewing the lease together for a 9/1 start. I have grown to like living in Stuytown for the time being, and wouldn't be opposed to living here for another year.
