Hi there! I’m a current Stuytown resident and am looking for a roommate for my junior two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment. The apartment is located on the first floor, and the building is located on the 1st Avenue loop, so it’s very easy to get to the L and only a short walk from the Trader Joe’s and Target on 14th Street! In addition to the bedroom itself, the hallway space immediately outside will be considered an extension of your room to be used/decorated as you see fit (my current roommate uses it as a reading nook, for example)!

Lease term: 1 year
Lease start: July 23rd, may be able to move in one day earlier
Rent: $2,301.02 [minimum guaranteed if signing as an occupant]–$2,373.46 [maximum estimate for new lease] + $37.09 A/C fee + $22.50 WiFi [estimate]; all other utilities included

I’m an NYU graduate working in journalism. I consider myself reasonably tidy, quiet, and friendly. I don’t smoke or host large parties (though I will occasionally have a group of friends over, but I’d always check with you beforehand). I enjoy games, cooking/baking, and am a lifelong superhero fan. My only restriction is that, due to allergies, I cannot room with anyone with a dog or cat. Please reach out if interested!
