Hi!
I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a 3-bed apartment next to Columbia University. I am looking for someone to sublease the room from ∼June 29th to ∼July 20th.
The apartment will be shared with 1 other PhD student engaged in full-time employment and education (the 3rd room is vacant).
The apartment has one bathroom (with shower/bathtub), a dishwasher, a laundry machine, an air fryer, a rice cooker, a microwave, and large shared spaces.
It also gets a lot of sunlight, as it is the top floor of the building, and you get very nice views of the city from the rooftop.
The room is quiet as it does not lead to a main avenue and gets plenty of sunlight. It has a heating unit, large closet space, and two windows.
