Great area, close to grocery stores and to all transportation trains and buses (L, M) fancy rooftop.

It’s a duplex, 1 roommates upstairs +1 roommate in basement Basement
There’s a chance that my roommate will move out as well, so it’s a good fit for either for 1 new roommates upstairs or for someone who wants a bedroom and a studio/office if you work from home and can afford both rooms.
The Roommate must be: preferably in their 30’s or late 20’s, respectful for the common area, clean after themself , mindful about the shared areas , non addict, must have a good credit or a grantor .
Pls don’t bring the party home, if you having a gathering let everyone know so they can plan accordingly.
