Description: My roommate is moving out and I love this apartment - so I’m looking for someone to sign the lease for another year with me !
The apartment is a 3 minute walk from Whole Foods and Hudson Yards - the Highline is a 5 minute walk away! The closest train stations are the 7 (3 min walk away) and the ACE (6 minute walk away).
There is a doorman at the front 24/7, so safety is secure.
The room for rent is 9x12 and has lots of natural light with big windows. (See pictures)
Shared spaces include the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. Note: the Kitchen and living room are small because I originally planned the flex wall with my previous roommate to give her more space for her room to fit a queen bed.
As for me: Im a 25 year old young professional originally from California (graduated from UC Berkeley in 2021). I’m now working at UNICEF as an impact investor and work part time as a trivia host at the coffee shop underneath the apartment (Old Country Coffee) would love a roommate who is also excited to socialize, explore the city, cook dinners with me sometimes, and enjoy New York with !
