Where: 315 W 115th St, building with elevator and locked mailroom.

Who: A friendly, organized person who has the ability to pass the approval process (guarantor or enough proof of financial resources to pass the approval process, previously done with Rhino insurance).

Why: Bc my roommate Ewa is defecting to Brooklyn.

The apartment is professionally managed, and the landlord needs to conduct a typical tenant screening before signing on a new renewal lease. The deadline for this falls on the 25th of June!

To be accepted by the management and to apply you would need to make x40 the rent, have a credit score of over 700, and have savings of 3/4 months of rent. Personal (x80 rent) or third-party guarantors are also accepted!
