Prime East Village lease takeover available starting July 1! Remaining lease term: July 1-August 31, with the option to renew the lease (the new rent is $1500 for the room)

Charming bedroom in a 4-bedroom pre-war apartment in the center of the East Village. Right next to the Tompkins Square Park. Target and Trader Joe’s are 5 minutes away. Multiple bars and restaurants on this street.

There are two shared bathrooms in the apartment. The apartment comes furnished. The bedroom can come furnished too (with full-sized mattress, bed frame, desk, chair, bookshelf, dresser, full length mirror)

Utilities and WiFi not included. Utilities average around $40/month/person and WiFi is around $13/month/person.

Security deposit is $1375 and will be given to me. Once the process of lease transfer completes, I will be released from the lease starting July 1. You will be added to the lease.

One roommate (they/them) is a working professional in arts/museum. They have a cat. They prefer someone who does not have another pet. They are renewing the lease at the end of August.

One roommate (she/her) is a grad student at NYU. She has two cats. She is moving out August 1.

One roommate (he/him) is a bartender. He is moving out August 1.
