Hi there! My name is Chalondra, I’m a second year at The New School, and I’m looking for a female roommate to co-sign a lease with me for this apartment in East Village! *Each tenant will need a guarantor*
Your room will come with its own private bathroom en suite. The bathroom is currently being renovated so it will look nicer than it does in picture.
The apartment overall measures over 900 sq feet and is located on the third floor walk-up (No elevator). There are two entrances into the unit—so you’ll have your own private entrance.
The laundromat is 5 minute walk away and there is a grocery store 15 minute walk away. The 6 train at Astor Place is a 5 minute walk away and the N/R/W is nearby as well.
Heat and water is included in rent and utilities will be split evenly. I’d like to sign the lease early-mid June and move in August 1st.
