Lease takeover for 1 bedroom apartment in the UES

My lease ends the 31st of August. I am currently living with my boyfriend whose lease ends the end of November so I am looking for someone to take over the lease starting somewhere between August 11th-August 31st (I currently have someone subletting the place until August 11th). The main caveat being that it will be furnished/semi furnished until November when I move in with my boyfriend into a bigger place. Some of my furniture I will not be taking with me so that can be removed upon the next tenants move in.

The super is fairly responsive when it comes to any issues with the apartment. I was allowed to have two cats so the next tenant can also have up to 2 cats. Dogs are not allowed.

The best part about the apartment is probably the dishwasher and that it's across the street from the 96th st Q entrance.

The apartment is actually a true 2 bedroom but since I would prefer one person or a couple take over the lease, I am advertising it as a 1 bedroom.

It's a 2nd floor walkup. When I lived alone, I used the smaller bedroom (in the 3rd pic) as the main bedroom and used the larger bedroom as a living room. The smaller bedroom does not get much light at all but the larger bedroom gets a lot of light. The smaller bedroom is about 8 ft by 8.5 ft in size and the larger bedroom is about double the size of that. The kitchen is also extra large.

Gas + electric ran about $100/month but in the summer if you use the AC a lot it can get up to about $160/month. I also paid for Internet (spectrum) for $50/month.

Please only inquire if you make 40x the rent and have good credit. The landlord has also told me that he wants to run a background check so the next leaseholder will need an SSN.
