1 Bedroom in a 2 Bedroom apartment

1 Bedroom available in a two bedroom apartment of a Multi-family home. The landlords live upstairs and are classical musicians. The apartment has an entry way, living room, dining room (currently used by roommate as gym/office) kitchen, 1 shared bathroom and a small back porch. The house is mostly furnished (except for the bedroom being offered), I have lived here for 7 years so have couches and chairs, etc. Would prefer to limit additional furniture, but open to discussion.

The property is located on a dead end street and is a very quiet neighborhood. Street parking is available on the street in front of the house or the main street - it's rare you have to park any distance from the house. It's also located within 1/2 mile of a T-stop so public transportation is easily accessible. There are 2 grocery stores that are a 5 min drive away.

The housemates would be be myself, female, 43 and my very chill 18+year old cat. I currently work in retail so have a rotating schedule with my days off and work times changing each week. I'm very active in the Boston running community, practice yoga and am avid trail runner/hiker in NH. I love plants and there are many around the apartment, I'm always saving plants. If I'm not running or doing fitness I like to chill out with TV and cat snuggles.
