The apartment is located in Orient Heights in East Boston and is an easy commute to downtown Boston via the Blue line. We also live 2 stops away from the airport! We have a 3 year old cat who is the sweetest girl ever so no other pets will be allowed. My roommate and I are currently college students and also work between our school schedules. Water is included in the utilities and the wifi, electric and gas usually add up to around 100 a month. The apartment also comes with in unit laundry as well as a dishwasher. Our favorite part about the apartment is the balcony that overlooks the planes taking off and landing from the airport.
