The space is in a condo and you’ll have access to the kitchen.
There is a full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs on the same level as the kitchen
In the basement where I reside is laundry. You can come down for laundry purposes only.
The bedroom is furnished and you’ll have to follow the HOA rules of my condo association that are available once you have expressed interest.
No parking is allowed on the premises except for my car.
My home is queer friendly and female oriented. I will not tolerate any disrespect or comments about anyone’s sexual orientation, gender or race in my home.
You are expected to pay your rent the 1st of each month or you will have to move. I expect all noise and rules to be followed and respected in this shared environment.
