We are young professionals looking for clean and courteous roommates who would be a good mutual fit for our home.

Lease begins September 1st and will be a 1 year term with the option to extend. Rent will be $925 a room per month. Utilities are not included (gas, electricity, and internet). Utilities average an additional $40-70 per month.

Room #1 has one closet. Room #2 has two closets.

Parking: There is plenty of street parking. A parking permit is $40 for the year.

Street parking is safe and ample.

There is a driveway where you can park for $100 a month if you would rather.

There is a bus stop directly outside our door with green line and orange line access. The green line Union Square station is a quick walk.

First, last, & security (925, 925, & 350, $2200 total) will secure each room.
