Hamilton Town Center-Ruoff Area- Room

We are female professionals looking for a third (preferably also female) roommate. Preferably in a budget range $750 - $900, with internet and other utilities included.

We have allergies, so absolutely NO smoking on the property. Even scented candles need pre-approval to ensure that they are not a headache or allergy trigger prior to burning. Most pets will also trigger allergies, so this is listed as NO pets. If for some reason you have a goldfish or other pet that you believe is unlikely to be an allergy trigger please message with additional pet information. Not trying to ruin your lifestyle, but this is a health must.

The 2nd floor spare room is currently unfurnished. Washing machine and dryer on same floor as bedroom. Shared bathroom. Earliest availability after 4th of July weekend. Minimum term 3 months. Off-street and on-street parking available.

We enjoy being outdoors, gardening, walking, hiking, biking, and we also enjoy playing cards, board games, watching movies, documentaries, and listening to music. For those familiar with Clutter Bug organizing styles, we are visual organizers. We are usually tidy, but not always if there is a major deadline at work that week.

Potential roommates must complete a standard rental application/agreement and agree to a routine background check.
