3 bed room, 1.5 bathroom house in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. Home is located near all major highways and 1 mile from the local Metra station. Two females (32) looking for one additional roommate. Current tenants are relatively quiet and clean. There is a large dog (85 lbs) in the home, no additional pets are permitted.

Room for rent is on the second floor and spacious. If needed the room can come furnished. The room fits a queen sized bed, desk and 2 dressers. The house has a large fenced in yard and driveway.

Rent is $850 (utilities included) per month - with full access to the rest of the home, garage storage, if needed, and designated parking space. Guest/street parking is available. Applicants will have to go through a background and credit check at their own expense. At time of signing lease, first month’s rent and security deposit (equivalent to 1 months rent) are due.
