My three roommates and I are studying abroad and are looking to sublet our four-bedroom apartment for the Spring 2025 semester (December 19th 2024 - May 15th 2025).
We have lived here for the past year and have absolutely loved it. This apartment is perfect if you are looking to sublet one bedroom, or have a group and are looking to sublet up to 4.
There is ample storage for all four bedrooms (pictures included of one of the upstairs bedrooms with lots of privacy). The apartment comes with UTILITIES INCLUDED, fully furnished and there is a washer/dryer in unit, fridge, microwave, and TV with firestick.
Rent is split into 11 installments (I will pay 6) of $665 per month, which is a discounted rate because myself and my roommates are returning residents.
