We are seeking a tenant for 3-6months to rent this beautiful ocean view spacious, furnished bedroom, ensuite bathroom with a separate entrance.

Our home is a sanctuary and has a culture of sobriety, wellness, primarily plant based (meat on occasion), peace and privacy. We observe quiet hours 10pm-8am. The house is a 4 bedroom house overlooking the ocean with many spaces to enjoy, pool, ocean view decks, yoga room and spacious kitchen and laundry.

We are a middle aged couple with a very healthy and vibrant lifestyle. This is our family home, therefore we really care and take pride in having a clean and maintained home. We are very private and observe complete respect and integrity around each other’s things. We are easy to communicate with and easygoing people. We hope to include one more tenant so it will be the four of us.

- Pool hours 11am-5pm
- No toxic or harsh chemicals for cleaning or washing (earth friendly products only in common areas)
- Minimal furniture and stuff moved into the space
