Brand new 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom 2780 square foot house in Rivington in Debary. I am looking to rent half the house, 2 bedrooms (you get the master bedroom!), along with the upstairs common area with shared use of downstairs common area/kitchen. I have a very busy work and travel schedule, so you will also mostly have the house to yourself. The house is under construction, so I am looking for a roommate starting November 1, 2024 but possibly earlier depending on when it is finished.

House is in a beautiful neighborhood with great amenities, large community center, walking trails. The house faces walking trails and conservation. 42” light gray cabinets, quartz countertops, full modern appliances and other upgrades. Covered front and side porches. Energy efficient.

I am a Department of Defense contractor and happy to show you my ID in person, meaning I have passed multiple high level background checks, I am a clean, highly organized and polite person and with my work schedule, you will likely not see me very much. I am looking for another male young professional or possibly a young professional couple. You must: have good credit and finances, have a clean background check, have recent records showing property ownership or rental, and be clean, polite, and organized. Gatherings with friends are okay, large parties with lots of loud music or excessive alcohol are not okay. Due to my job and federal law, no drugs at all, that includes weed which is still illegal at the federal level.

You will largely have the house and basically the entire upstairs and master bedrooms to yourself, so more or less its like your renting the entire house. To make things clear, you are renting 50% of the property and we are “sharing” expenses, this is not a full lease of the property.
