We are fun people who like enjoying our communal spaces and welcome you to join in on time with our friends or hanging out with us. When we're not at work (full time, I am a barista and my roommate is a tattoo artist), we're almost always in our rooms playing videogames. We have three sweet cats who stay in the living room and they warm up to new people fast. We welcome you to bring a pet of your own if it's going to stay in your room and you pay the additional pet fee. The communal living spaces are furnished by us and you are welcome to use our kitchen things so long as you clean them after.

Utilities and Wifi are separate, but we can give you a good idea of how much they will be, since we have been living here for a year now.

Having grown up in the area, there's lots to do! This neighborhood is very safe and mostly families. Great for taking walks and safe to be out at night. Mitchell Plaza is less than five minutes away for relaxing and shopping, and Downtown New Port Richey is a short drive. It's also centrally located for easy access down 54 or US-19 to Tampa and St. Pete, and we go on day trips to both all the time.
