The rear view is a picturesque preserved pond with an array of Florida wildlife and a perfect setting for a wonderful morning yoga. The condo has brand spanking new appliances in the kitchen and there are no concerns. It was purchased in March and many improvements to come other than the already accomplished ones. We live in peace, watch TV, work, enjoy private time, pay bills before they're due, etc etc. Looking for a temporary or long term guy to share the comfortable space in these tough housing times.
