Winter Park 3 Bed 2 Bath Room for Rent

I am looking for a roommate to live in my 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom house. There is a garage with a washer and dryer, a back patio, fenced yard, and it is furnished. The house is vintage so the oven and stovetop are pretty vintage but work fine. The refrigerator and microwave are new. There is not a dishwasher, so dishes need to be hand washed. You would have your own bedroom which includes the bed in the picture (it can be furnished if you choose, but the furniture in the pictures was my previous roommate's not including the bed) and your own bathroom with a sky roof and bathtub with a shower in it a few steps down the hallway from your bedroom.
Small dogs are allowed. I have a chihuahua would is an extremely sweet attention whore, but she doesn't bark. However if you have a dog she may get a little jealous and snarl, but she has never hurt another dog.
My current roommate just moved out because she is moving back to Ecuador. I now live here alone. :( I am a very laid back person. I am extremely friendly and easy to get along with. I make sure to keep common areas tidy, but my bedroom is another story lmao. I have a med card so I do smoke weed. Personally, I am not much of a drinker, but I do sometimes drink socially. I currently have a boyfriend, and honestly I do spend every weekend at his apartment; however during the week I will be at home because I work full-time as a Registered Behavior Technician.

I would say my main hobby is finding free/underpriced furniture and reselling it, so people do often come to pick up furniture from the front patio. I don't let people inside the house when they buy furniture or answer the door if they happen to ring the doorbell, so if I am not home when someone picks up furniture please do not answer the door 1. because there shouldn't be any reason for them to & 2. for your own safety! I tell them to venmo me or leave cash under the mat. I store the furniture that I sell in the two car garage so I park my car in the driveway, but I would make sure there is enough room for your car. I am always down to find furniture with you as well if it sounds like fun to you. I find it very addicting because I have made a lot of money doing it. When I bring friends with me, I divid the profit with them for coming with me and helping. I also will sometimes refurbish and paint old furniture and sell it for a large profit which I would be down to do with you as well!

There are a couple weeknights I may have a fellow coworker (my bff) over after work and you are more than welcome to chill with us. However, if you are someone who has an early bedtime, we can be quiet if you need us to be (because I have heard that sometimes we can be loud lol). I am very open to meeting new people and excited to find a new roommate!
