Perfect room for rent!!

Nice house near downtown fort walton. In need of a roommate from 8/1/2024 to 3/1/2025 to help cover half of the living expenses until the end of this lease. you get the master bedroom with an adjoining half bath. We will have to share the main bathroom for showers. Your room also has its own exit to the backyard which is pretty neat. Would need to be approved through rental agency and pay 50 application fee.

Your roommate is a musician who is chill, and very clean / respectful of commons areas. Sometimes you will hear him strumming away on some guitar or playing some drums, but never late at night. Would prefer someone who will be easy going, pays their half of bills on time, and cleans up after themselves. He does have a standard poodle.
