* The house has a friendly atmosphere, is quiet/safe and clean.
🛏️ Fully furnished bedroom with a full-size captain's bed with plenty of storage underneath, desk, TV, tall hutch, bookcase, microwave, refrig-freezer, closet.
💡 Includes all utilities, high-speed wireless internet, full access to the laundry, kitchen, house, pool and yard.
⏰ Minimum stay is 2 months to get your deposit back and that's with a 30-day notice. Open to long term. My saying is: "As long as it's good, it's good!" One roommate here 6 yrs
* I rent out 3 unique bedrooms and shared bathroom in the back wing of the house while the master bedroom is in the opposite wing separated by the family, dining, living room and kitchen.
* Currently I have 2 cool 47- and 53-year-old straight male roommates.
* I prefer roommates who maintain a full time, first shift kind of job outside the house and very limited work from home.
🚫 One person per room (no couples) and limits on guests and overnight stays. Not the place if dating or planning too.
* NOTE: Both my shared bathroom and all bedrooms are to be kept clean on a daily basis with everyone doing their part.
❌ NO heavy drinkers (alcoholics) or drug users or cig or pot smokers or vapors. We have a good time but within limits.
🐾 I have 2 friendly cats who live both in and outside so no other pets. 🐱🐱
