Hi, we are renting a furnished (or unfurnished) bedroom with a private en suite bathroom and sliding doors to a beautiful backyard in our newly remodeled house located in Pleasant Hill by Sunvalley mall. Walking distance to grocery stores, and restaurants. Close freeway access to Highway 4 and Highway 680. Bus stop around the corner.

The home has hardwood floors and free use of washer/dryer located on site. You will have access to all common areas, including a nice living room, kitchen, and dining area. Also, there is a nice backyard to sit and relax with lots of fruit trees (peach, plum, orange, apple, apricot, lemon, lime, loquat, blueberry, and avocado).

*** The rent for this private bedroom with private en suite bathroom and sliding doors to a beautiful backyard is $1200/month and $150/month for utilities (total $1350 monthly). The utilities included are fast unlimited internet/Wi-Fi, water, landscaping, PG&E and trash/recycle collection.

If furnished, the bedroom includes a twin sized bed, a night stand, lamps, a desk, and a chair.

*** We prefer renting to someone clean and responsible, who pays rent on time, and who does NOT smoke or vape (at least never at or around the house). We live in a drug-free environment.

One occupant only (no couples). No pets are allowed.

SIX month minimum lease required. Currently, there are three female tenants. They're clean, respectful and easygoing people.

***Good credit and rental history. Proof of income required.

Credit and background check done through Transunion ($40).

First month $1350 + $1350 security deposit (refundable) = $2700 (Total move-in)
