I’ve been remodeling the home since I purchased it 3 years ago and have mostly updated the entire upper level, with a few projects still in progress. Laundry and one occupied room and bathroom are located in the partially finished basement.

Close to Fort Cason and PPCC Centennial Campus, but still far enough away from the middle of town to enjoy some peace and privacy. The property is 1/2 acre on the in southeast Fountain with a fenced in yard that backs up to farmland. Hoping to find a roommate that could help me tame the yard and start growing some flowers and food! 10min from all the amenities at Mesa Ridge Parkway. Attached single car garage and other storage is available for additional monthly rent if needed.

I have a 11yo female dog named Bailey who loves people but takes some convincing to get used to new dogs. My roommate and I are men in our early thirties. Both men and women are welcome here!
