We are 2 straight males that are government background checked. We do work 9 to 5s. We do play musicial instruments in the basement at certain times and can use headphones if there are times you need peace and quiet. It's not that bad because we sound proofed the basement as much as possible. We are not party animals and almost never have people over except band members.
One bathroom will be shared with a guy and he is clean. Utilities are split 3 ways. Male and females are welcome to reach out. There will be a background check which you pay for.
Absolutely no pets, that includes esa, etc. as the law allows this because there are shared spaces and one of the roommates is allergic to ainimal hair.
