About the home:
The bedroom is 11x13 there is private bathroom with it. Rent comes out to almost 1900 with utilities and internet, so your cut would be 950 unless you are a couple then we’d do a 1/3 split.

Parking is available in the alley at $45 a month for a designated space.. Electricity varies, plan for 75-100 a month. Laundry room is on the first floor.

This apartment is off colfax, so we deal with some colfax activities but the property itself isn’t bad, No one has bothered me nor my car. And there is a security gate on the front and back of the building and the neighbors keep an eye on things for the most part. The location is amazing, however for work commuting, access to bus lines, parks, and social life stuff.

There is no elevator here and this is an upper floor unit.
