One Bedroom or Entire basement suite

Looking for roommates to rent either an entire basement unit or some single rooms. If you rent the basement the bathroom will be private. Otherwise, the bathrooms will be shared. This is a -bedroom room home with two bathrooms. Plenty of storage and extra space to be used for office areas or entertainment. I am using the original photos because the moving roommate has stuff everywhere and don't want you to think we are hoarders lol. I am a young professional who is very quiet and respectful of personal space. I have no criminal record, evictions, and a steady paycheck. I am a bit of a night owl and I clean up after myself. I am friendly, caring and understanding to a point, however, I am not your mother. I have two dogs that are kept out of the way and are 'please kidnap me' levels of friendly. I clean up after them very often because I consider the yard a common area. I currently occupy two of the upstairs rooms and have furnished most of the upstairs areas. You will need to bring your own furniture. I would prefer if you were also a quiet person and considerate of your surroundings. There is space for another animal considering things like temperament. Cats will have to be kept downstairs. I don't mind guest, just not all the time (otherwise they live here) and a little heads up would be nice. $ is the basement rental price, individual room prices can be worked out once get them filled.
