You have full access to the entire house, kitchen, laundry and a huge back yard. The house sits on a large 8600 square foot lot and is 2200 square feet. There is plentiful parking in the driveway and street. It’s located at the end of court with virtually no street traffic. It’s a few minutes right off Highway 85 and Blossom Hill. It is just my girlfriend and I. Be aware, we have cats. I cover all utilities (trash, water, electricity ect.) Sorry, I cannot accept couples, dogs or cats.
