North Beach Room Open July 1st

Hello everyone! My roommate and I have a room opening up on July 1st at our North Beach/Telegraph Hill apartment, and we’re looking for someone to join us!

Important: We need someone who can pay July’s rent on the 1st, regardless of their move-in date. Upon application approval, a deposit is required to secure the spot. Please only reach out if this timeline works for you.

Our apartment is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit located just a couple blocks from fantastic dining, boutique shopping, live music, and Washington Square Park. The apartment has in-unit washer & dryer and a furnished rooftop patio with incredible views of the city, bay, Coit Tower and the Golden Gate Bridge.

We’re in search of a roommate in their mid-late twenties who is kind and considerate. Ideally, someone who plans to stay longterm. Bonus: Someone who enjoys hanging out on occasion!

About Us:

I am a 26 (F) and have lived in SF— at this apartment specifically—for almost 4 years. I am easy-going and enjoy spending time with friends. I have a full time job, so I’m regularly out of the house 9-5 M-F.

Monica is 27 (F) and has lived at our apartment for about 10 months. She’s a great roommate and friend. WFH full time.

Room Details:
• Rent: $1,450
• Security deposit: $1,450
• 140 sq. ft
• Wall-to-wall closet and shelves
• Unfurnished

The room is located at the back of our unit, so it’s perfect for someone who enjoys a more private, cozy space.

Individual Utility/Service Costs:
• PG&E ~$50/month
• WiFi $30/month
• Cleaner $60 every six weeks

Apartment Details:
• Month-to-month lease
• Split bathroom
• Call box with security code
• Locked mail cabinet in foyer
• Trash & water included

Our unit does not have a formal living room. But for what it lacks in communal space, it makes up for in amenities, location, rooftop views & San Franciscan charm.

• Street parking (permit required)
• Nearby Muni stops: 8, 30, 45, 12, 91 & 39
• BART: 10 minute bus ride to Powell, 20 minute walk to Montgomery

Grocery:
• Trader Joe’s: 15 minute walk, 5 minute bus ride
• Luke’s Local: 5 minute walk
• The Nature Stop: 5 minute walk

Location:
• Steep hill = Minimal foot traffic and zero encampments
• Safe and quiet (at least by city standards)
