Private bedroom/bathroom quiet house in Sunnyside

Furnished bedroom with closet and private bathroom 2nd floor in a 3br/2b two level house in Sunnyside/Glen Park. Shared furnished living room and kitchen with balcony. I will be staying in the downstairs bedroom next to the garage and I will be using the 3rd room as an office. Washer/dryer in home garage. Street parking always available. Close to Glen Park Canyon, Glen Park BART. Easy access to 280. Close proximity (walking distance) to the 14, 24, 33, 49, and 67, bus line (MUNI) public transportation system.

About me: I work 3 12hr shifts during the day and enjoy playing video games (with headphones) and relaxing at night. On my days off I enjoy working out, going on hikes, going out with friends and eating great food. I love to travel and you should have the house to yourself while I am away.

Ideal roommate: Responsible with rent, respectful of the space who wouldn't mind my 20 lb dog visiting a couple times a week (she does not live with me). Non smoker. Not looking to frequently host big parties in the house. Unfortunately my dog does not get along well with other dogs so no extra pets allowed :(
