Small Room Outer Richmond - Private Bath

Hello! We are a house of three people (32M, 36NB, 38NB) who are looking for a fourth housemate to fill an empty room in the Outer Richmond.

The room is small - 10×10 - and located on the second floor, up a flight of stairs, but comes with its own closet and private bathroom with shower stall. There is a shared kitchen with good cabinet space, and a spacious shared living room with extra bookshelves we save just for you. We live close to four bus lines and there is Italy plenty of street parking. Multiple restaurants, local parks, and a cute indie cinema are a short walk away. You can see the ocean from our front window, too.

We are a non-smoking house (one of us has asthma). We love pets but are allergic to cats, and the room that's available does not have convenient access to the back yard. It's a great place for reptiles or tarantulas, though!
