If you enjoy living in a great shared space in an ideal neighborhood with outstanding housemates, this is it! We have two bedrooms available in our three-bedroom flat on a six-month lease and month-to-month afterward.

This charming, cozy, and quiet bedroom is a medium-size 12' x 12' and comes furnished with a comfy full-size (double) bed, nightstand, dresser, and large closet. Rent is $1,495 per month plus $2,000 security deposit. All utilities, including Wi-Fi, professional housecleaning, and basic household supplies come to $155 per month. Total move-in cost for first month's rent and security deposit is $3,495, plus utilities and supplies is $3,650.

Built in 1902, our three-bedroom flat is fully furnished and features original hardwood floors, high ceilings, a large living room, a foyer with original stained glass, a formal dining room, dine-in kitchen, dishwasher, water filter, washer and dryer, remodeled Victorian-style bathroom with separate rooms for the shower/bath and toilet (makes sharing easy), central heating, and a big back yard with a garden and deck.

We live in a highly desirable and super-convenient location just outside the fog belt in what's now considered SF's restaurant capitol. Nestled in a fantastic, sunny neighborhood near Alamo Square, our home is a block away from the beginning of the NOPA strip on Divisadero, complete with some of the best dining destinations, great coffee shops, and cool cafes. Our flat is walking distance to USF, Kaiser, Mt. Zion, CPMC, and all the boutique and vintage shops, farmers markets, parks, gourmet and natural foods stores, and nightlife NOPA is known for, as well as decent parking (really). Within 1-2 blocks of all the tech buses and surrounded by multiple Muni bus lines and stops (one right in front of the house), it's a straight shot downtown or to Civic Center BART Station.

You'll be sharing the flat with a friendly straight couple, both of whom are marketing communications professionals and former Airbnb "Superhosts" known for our excellent guest reviews and a great guy who works in experience management. Some of our interests include travel, film, improv theater, being in nature, and enjoying SF's amazing restaurants. We are kind and considerate, value diversity, LGBT-friendly, make great housemates, and enjoy spending time together when our schedules align playing a game, sharing a pizza, watching a movie, etc. A happy, peaceful, and harmonious home is essential to us, so sharing our space with a housemate who’s fun, responsible, easy-going, mature, communicative, respectful, clean, considerate, and financially stable is very important.
