Roommate wanted for room in luxury apartments

Hi, I am a young professional looking for another young professional roommate to take over the other room in a luxury 2 bed 2 bath gated apartment complex in north vista, address 1401 north melrose drive, vista. Move in date would be mid July, and I would want at least a one year commitment, with a signed lease. Rent is $1498 a month each. Potential roommates must make at least $3K a month to qualify. The utilities are not included and run about $90-$100. Parking can be paid for by you or you can park right outside the complex. Security deposit is $500 each. I have a very sweet well behaved small dog, and would consider anotheruu small well behaved dog, but no pets is preferable. Please no children, or couples. I am a fun loving, mellow, clean person and expect the same. I am fine with others staying over as long as they are not staying for more than a week or so. The bed rooms are separated by a large living space so there is lots of privacy. This room will not be furnished.
