Private Master Bedroom / Bathroom Pets welcome!

The Room: The Master bedroom (with private en-suite bathroom) in our large 1,300 sq. ft. house in Shelltown (just north of National City) is now available! Your room comes fully furnished (we can un-furnish if necessary) with a queen sized bed (with bedding), dresser, AC/heater, work desk / chair, ethernet hookup, and smart TV. You will have shared access to all common areas of the house including the in-unit washer / dryer in the laundry room, the fully stocked kitchen, big screen TV in the living room, and the newly remodeled backyard (and BBQ)! You get one off-street, gated parking spot, all utilities are included in the rent, and our house is pet friendly!

The Location: Our house is in a nice family neighborhood right next to the Naval base and is a quick 5 minute drive from downtown. There are grocery stores, Mexican food, and convenience stores nearby and plenty of bus stops if you don’t want to drive.

The Roommates: We are early 30s working professionals. Leela is a vegetarian (but won’t judge you if you’re not) skydiver with an awesome dog (Kalea) and cat (boomer) (we can’t wait to add your fur-baby to the mix!). Jesse is also a skydiver (that’s how we became friends) and likes spending time with friends. Their other passions include tacos, rock climbing, dogs, and going to bed early.

We are looking for someone who will be a respectful, social, and kind roommate who is responsible for rent and contributing to the cleanliness of the common areas. This is a perfect opportunity for another young professional, grad student, or someone working from home (Lucky! We do not, so you’ll have the house to yourself).
