Point Loma Room for Rent

Looking for a roommate to fill our house located in Point Loma (very close to Liberty Station), lease beginning September 1st. One upstairs room is available! It is a two-story home (large 4 bedroom house, with a pool house outside so 5 roommates total), which has laundry, parking, and a private backyard with a pool. The room that is for rent is 1000$ (Bills will be gas/electric and wifi). Bathroom upstairs is shared shared between two people. No couples or pets please!

We are late 20’s/early 30’s and we are ideally looking for females who are chill, clean, and respectful. We would like someone who wants to be friends with their roommates, is down to grab Friday night margs and catching the occasional sunset 😊
