10x11ft room available in quiet and comfortable home in unincorporated La Mesa no sooner than August. Two professional adults (master tenant/landlord-straight male, 43yrs; tenant/renter-gay male, 55yrs) live here and are looking for a 3rd responsible adult to share a roof with. Master tenant works mostly from home as a Federal Government Civilian and other tenant works in the Security Industry. Both have extensive experience living with all manner of roommates regardless of age, gender, personal beliefs, or lifestyle. Hoping a like minded, respectful, responsible, and ethical individual would be interested in moving here. Expectation is that communication is paramount and everyone deals with each other in good faith. Home was built in the 1950’s and is very close to multiple freeways. Not far from grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and downtown La Mesa is only a few minutes drive. Public transportation is within walking/biking distance. Room is unfurnished, wood floors, ceiling fan, closet, cabinets, with shaded front view of the street. All common areas of the house are available. Each roommate gets their own cabinets and space in refrigerator/freezer for food. Background check will be required that prospective tenant pays. Utilities are separate added each month and cover trash, water, electricity, cable/internet. Utilities average $120-$130 for each roommate. All tenants have use of streaming and entertainment services available in living room common area at no charge. Must sign and agree to Lease and Roommate agreement which can be provided for review after initial interview. Roommate agreement covers all conditions, expectations and responsibilities of both parties. Interviews can be conducted over zoom, in person in public meeting place, over the phone for suitability and to answer questions or address any concerns. Parking available on street or in driveway depending on availability (almost never any parking issues here). Backyard with patio cover and plenty of space for bicycle, scooter or motorcycle storage. Clean and presentable front yard at the home. Laundry onsite. Shared main bathroom and a small half bath off living room area. Room has a locking deadbolt w/ key. House maintains security with cameras in all common areas of the house.
