Hi there,

My name is Eli and my roommate, Manny, and I are looking for a respectful, clean roommate to take over an individual bedroom starting August 1st.

We are currently looking to rent out an 11x13 sq ft bedroom which would come with your own personal bathroom as well as walk-in closet down the hall. In addition, the unit has a den/guest room and a combined living room/kitchen. The unit is spacious and is in a nice Normal Heights neighborhood; 5 minute walk from Adams Avenue/Kensington with plenty of shops surrounding, including a short walk to Vons, public transport, and a park.

Manny and I are both about 30. Manny is a general manager at a local bar who likes working out and is a super friendly, chill guy. I'm a software engineer who enjoys playing the piano, basketball, and occasionally cooking/baking. We're both friendly around the house and are open to living with either a male or female, non-smoker. We're not neat freaks and don’t care if your room is messy as long as the shared spaces are kept somewhat clean and organized.

Here’s what your living situation would entail:

-Rent: $1100 (Gas and Electric not included)
-Private full bathroom & walk-in closet
-Provided: dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, espresso machine, toaster oven, furnished living room
-Room is fairly large, entire living space is 1550 sq ft
-Private entrance to room + personal stoop & courtyard out front
-Great walkability to Adams Ave. and El Cajon Blvd.
-Street Parking with option for garage
-On-site Laundry
