Room for rent near UC Davis Medical

I am looking for a graduate student, traveling nurse, or medical student at UC Davis who wants to rent a room in a quiet and comfortable home. You will need to be okay with my 3 indoor cats who like people. There is one bathroom, so we'd share. You can use the kitchen and there is storage and fridge space. I work from home, but travel out of the area every other week. You can cycle to UC Davis and the neighborhood is very walkable. I am a PhD educator, no partner, three adult children who live elsewhere. I enjoy cooking, caring for my cats and home. I enjoy friends, exercising, sewing, playing the piano. I tend to be quiet at home and sensitive to others. I really love living where I do, south of Tahoe Park. I find living alone a bit too isolating. Adding the right housemate would be nice.
