A fully furnished bedroom with private bathroom is available in a secure and quiet complex. The bedroom is comfortably furnished with two nightstands, a queen-size bed, a dresser, a desk, and a large closet. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower. The condo unit also includes a full kitchen, dining room, fully furnished living room, and a furnished/covered cozy outdoor patio. Onsite parking is also available. The swimming pools, hot tubs, clubhouse with a gym, and tennis courts are all within a short walking distance.

There are nearby shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and hospital (~15 minutes to Desert Regional Medical Center). It’s also a short drive to Palm Springs airport, and ~11 minutes to downtown Palms Springs and the I-10 interstate.

All utilities are included, such as Wi-Fi, water, electric, laundry unit, and central air (A/C and heating). A cleaning service will also be provided once a month to clean the entire unit. The move in terms is $1400 first month rent and $1400 refundable security deposit. Minimum 6 months rental agreement.
