Hi! We are looking for a 3rd roommate in at quiet, clean 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment.

We are very clean, respectful, working women. We are looking for someone to fill the third bedroom. No drugs, no party animals. We both are early risers, wake up between 4:30-6am daily and go to bed around 10. We are Christian, love playing Christian, country music and classic rock while drinking coffee on our balcony!
This neighborhood is great! I love our neighbors. It’s safe and quiet.

You would share the bathroom with one other female. She keeps it very clean and would expect the same in return. We have storage, a balcony, and a backyard! We are only 1 mile from the beach, walking distance to Trader Joe’s and my favorite little coffee shop, Aosa.

No pers allowed. I am currently fostering a husky and he is the absolute sweetest boy. I also babysit other dogs from time to time so must be a dog lover! Don’t worry though, as mentioned, we keep our home very clean!

Must work full time and have proof. No homebodies.
