What: Spacious room for rent (I had my home office consisting of a standup desk, desk chair, two monitors, two bed side tables, a large dresser, and a California king)

Where: west side Costa Mesa. Corner lot three-bedroom two bathroom. GREAT family friendly and quiet neighborhood with ample parking.

When: ASAP

What You Get: One shared full bath, full access to kitchen/living room and large backyard. Washer and dryer. WiFi and all utilities included. High likelihood a queen bed will be included if needed.

Who Else Lives Here:
⁃ An older adult male who works at the break of dawn till about the early afternoon. Sometimes works in the evenings as well.
⁃ A younger male in his early 20’s, who is gone at work in the office for most of the day. Sometimes WFH.
⁃ Four very small breed outdoor dogs that are very friendly and love to play.
