Hello, I am seeking a new roommate, preferred female. Available to move in now, or ASAP. The home is 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, and is in Costa Mesa. I am a professional female looking for same. $35 will be needed for Background check, Credit check, and provide Reference of previous landlord. The room for Rent is $1200 includes Utilities & WIFI. A $800 deposit is required. I am an outgoing, Christian women of faith, seeking roommates who are clean and respectful. I also love volunteering to feed the homeless, foster kids, and our military families. As roomies, you are always welcome to join me on a volunteer event, to pay it forward:)

The home has all the amenities: walk-in closet, white plantation shutters, washer, dryer, and AC. All rooms are upstairs on the 2nd floor.

Note: Full mattress/bed frame, tv and stand, also available for sale if needed!
