Room for rent

Hello,

We have a room for rent coming up on July 1st. It’s currently myself ( Brittany) my boyfriend (Bryan) our 3 year old daughter (Leilani) and our roommate (Josh) our current roommate in the 4th bedroom is moving out so are looking for someone new. Our last roommate was with us for 4 years so we would like someone looking for long term but willing to work with short term. We all work everyday and usually home by 6, we all enjoy cooking and are easy going people. Josh is usually gaming in his room or likes to have the occasional bbq. We are usually playing outside in the back with our little one or watching tv in the living room. The house is open to all roommates we don’t like to limit we just ask that you be respectful and pick up after yourself. We all work pretty typical schedules. We split utilities 4 ways and usually split some house hold times. (Trash bags, soap, napkins) we have a washer and dryer for use and space in the garage if you need some storage room. we are looking for someone is respectful, easy going and looking for a place to call home not just rent a room. We want everyone to feel welcome.
