You will be sharing a home with two single male professionals in their 40s, looking to share with same for long term rental. No smoking, drugs, pets or house parties.

Included in the rent are high speed Wi-Fi (Eero mesh Wifi 6 all over house) and all utilities such as electric, gas, water, trash and once a month professional cleaning service of common areas and bathrooms. Also includes shared access to newly remolded living room, kitchen, garage for storage, dual pantry and coffee bar with tons of cabinets, and brand-new plumbing and remodeled bathrooms.

The home has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, brand new washer and dryer, new gas barbeque, backyard private gym with full equipment including a gym TV, gas firepit ring, patio table and exterior free weight set. Cable TV can be added upon request at no charge. Plants, fruit trees (orange, lemon and avocado) and grass cover front and back yard with regular Gardner service.

The room is a furnished bedroom and comes furnished with a double bed and end tables, shared bathroom with a bathtub, and a large closet. Includes assigned driveway parking spot. Available for $1,000 monthly.

Home is 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms shared with two single male professionals in their 40s. I work as a Software Consultant and have an MBA from UCLA and travel often for work. The other roommate is a professional real estate agent. We are both fluent in English and Spanish. The third roommate is working on his masters degree at Cal State Long Beach.

Once in a while we throw a BBQ or small gathering but for the most part we are very quiet and keep to ourselves and prefer someone similar. Most of the current roommates stay in their rooms all day and only come out to cook in the kitchen so the house is super quiet and we want to keep it that way. The place has a bit of a bachelor pad vibe but you also will feel like you are living by yourself since current roommates do their own thing. If you want a quiet, professional environment where you feel like you are living by yourself in a friendly place, you will love it here.
