Your super cool, hard-working, discreet but friendly roommate will hardly ever go there as they have their own extra office space. Your common space is the spacious dining room and the kitchen, which is fully stocked for your cooking adventures. Weekend brunch and crafts projects at the huge picnic table on the back patio and and green space galore for your veggie garden. This is village life in the heart of the city. Close to everywhere: USC and the sports stadiums and musems, Kenneth Hahn and Park to Playa trails, DTLA, K'town, Culver City (and dog park!), SoFi stadium, even the beaches.
